Talent Disclosure
As talent you agree by being on this site to the following:
1.) Payment will be made once the event has been completed. Payment can be via paypal, check, or cash (depending on location). Payments will be received approximately a week after the event. We prefer to use paypal when available.
2.) You are a contractor to Detroit Modeling and Acting Agency and are responsibile for all taxes, liabilities, etc.. related to payment.
3.) You will be prompt and professional at all events, gigs, promotions, fashion shows, etc… Inappropriate acts can cause removal from future work.
4.) Detroit Modeling and Acting Agency, as well as its owner, are not responsible for injury, mishaps, or actions caused by the models or the client.
5.) As a Detroit Modeling Agency talent you will not solicit clients for extra pay or work out seperate deals with clients we have provided through our Agency. You may do as you wish with clients you find on your own.
6.) You will not compete as an agency with Detroit Modeling and Acting Agency.
7.) You will update your pages and be available for paid work when it is appropriate to your needs.
8.) If you must cancel you will give atleast a 48 hour notice so that we may find a suitable replacement.
9.) You will report to the agency if the client acts inappropriately or solicits to you additional business without the agency.
10.) You will work hard to grow in your career and improve your abilities.
